so today, i tried lighthouse crc. i like it better than covenant. i think i'm going to stick w/ lighthouse. the parishoners are older, so it fits me better.

so. school is at fever pitch. 501 is freak'n intense. intense. i can't do the homeworks in one night anymore. i can only do it spreading it across days. as for 587 and 643... the dilemma is trying to find a good topic for term projects. sigh. i might have to default to a group project in 643 (which is fine), but trying to figure out a nice parallel topic is freak'n hard. hard.

i'm absolutely hooked on "hey julie" by fountains of wayne. how i actually got hooked was this past weekend. a lot of time chilling in nina's dorm room w/ tim and ralph listening to music... that's when i heard it. it's perfect pop. the hook is unbelievable. damn. it's just perfect.

so yeah, tim came down. as well as sang to crash for one night. sang's stay made me realize that i need a bigger room. a much bigger room.

as for this weekend in terms of going out. it was really fun. on friday night, barbara and joanna invited us to hang out at one of their houses. we roasted some sausages over an open fire and joanna prepped quite an interesting halloween soup (chicken feet). yeah. i felt obliged to try. so i did. the soup wasn't bad, but the foot was something else.

joanna is an absolutely interesting girl. i'm trying to think of ways to run into her. heh.
