lack of it. tallan got back to me sort of. the veep out there in la didn't really get back to the hr lady, so we agreed to assume to move on. my application/interview/resume stands w/ them, so i'll be up for any open positions down the line. oh well. hopefully i'll get reimbursement for the drive out to chicago.

i'll move onto teaching for kaplan now. i dunno. newfound vigor in applying to grad schools? i dunno.

i've also broadened my search for jobs. tallan was a good experience to make me focus on finding tech jobs elsewhere. i've looked around, and grand rapids seriously sucks in the tech job market. they're not going to be attracting young professionals anytime soon. to all the cs majors stuck in grand rapids: just get out of here. the market seems bad for cs majors here because the market never existed in the first place.

either i wanna be a yuppie or an egghead pretty freak'n soon. i'm tired of being in limbo.
