the 9ers pretty much stuck w/ what everyone was thinking that they're going to do in the 2006 draft. at least there'll be a nice target as soon as smith looks up midfield from the snap. at least the 9ers are filling the gaping holes at offensive skills positions and our defensive losses. losing carter and peterson to free agency hurt alot.... we have a largely unproven defense after all this churn.

vernon davis looks like he'll be a freaky good tight end...the only thing i worry about for sf is whether or not alex smith is actually any good...time will tell...my post-draft superbowl prediction...detroit v. denver...
