is it august yet? this personnel change is the best thing that happened to the niners in the past 12 months. in other moves, peterson just signed as franchise... i think that might prove to be a bad move.
24 days and 6 hours until draft day. so exciting and unnerving. i hope we do the right thing and trade down to get my breadth and start plugging in the holes.

...i would say the peterson deal isn't so bad...the way players come back from injury these days...plus its just the one year tender not an extended deal...
i would say trade down is unlikely because there is no single outstanding player in this years draft that every team is wanting...so just look forward to the 'alex smith' era in s.f. unless they go aaron rodgers...actually i could see them trying to move down for braylon edwards or mike williams...actually ronnie brown could actually be a very tempting choice for them also...but we'll see what happens...trade unlikely but who knows...thats why its the draft...
players have been getting back faster, but peterson has a bad achillies. he's no t.o. that's for sure.
lack of standouts is exactly why i think they should give up the #1 and get a lower 1st rounder with some extra picks in #2 or #3.
hell... make a play for rivers or brees in sd.
