so new jersey pulls it off. mad props to sammy cus he called the devs in 7. at least the was some return to normalcy in the game of hockey. talent and luck can only run so far (... to the finals apparently).

seriously tho, the series was very fun to watch. only in hockey do you come back in a few minutes and play after you get stitches from getting hit in the face w/ a stick. only in hockey do you come back after you get your head knocked silly and score a goal. only in hockey do you get to see the guys who were in the head knocking altercation meet at center ice and hug each other with the respect and esteem they have for one another when the whole frigg'n thing is over.

now we wait for football season. i'll be bored until august.
