fun times
it was fun having everyone over at my place today... the food was great (if i do say so myself.. :), and i think most people had a fun time watching the game and each other. ya see, nothing like football, snacks, and whatever to bring people together. some of us ended up shooting some pool afterwards, so that's why this post is at 4am.

the game
tampa bay bucs are our champions, and my call for tb winning it stands. jerry rice got a td, so i'm happy for him. niner 'til the end in my book, no matter what colors he's sporting.

i really didn't expect the game to be so lackluster. i mean, tb just mutilated them for the entire game. gannon was just getting eat'n up by the tb secondary all nite, and the tb front four just stopped everything short, and also got a few sacks and complete pressure on gannon. gruden's playcalling was pretty much infallible (save a pick to start the game, but the blame goes to a nervous johnson, rather than gruden's playbook). just a complete mastery of the sport in my book. beauty to watch.

the commercials this year kinda sucked. blame it on the economy. that seems the thing now-a-days. something sucks, it's the economy's fault. (but this time, it really is!)
